I have received an incorrect or faulty item. What should I do?

Please email us directly at hello@laywithmeau.com with your order number and an image of the fault so we can rectify this for you asap.

Do you offer gift wrapping? 

We do not offer gift wrapping at this stage.

Can I make a change or cancel my order?

You can contact us if you need to make any changes however once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any changes to it. We are also unable to cancel any orders once they have been placed.

My order has been lost in transit, what do I do?

My order has been marked as delivered, but I have not received it. What do I do?

Please lodge an enquiry with whoever your delivery company is as well as notify us so we can investigate it further on your behalf.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately Pickup is currently unavailable.

How long will it take to get my order?

Order processing will take approximately 1-2 business days and then shipping depends on your location - please check your shipping estimated times here.

What do I do if I haven’t received tracking information?

If you have not received your tracking information within 1-2 business day, please feel free to contact us with your order number. However please note during busy periods/sales there may be a delay on shipping your order.

Do you cover taxes & duties on international orders?

The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges.

What is your return policy?

We are only able to offer a full refund if a garment is faulty - if this does occur please email us within 30 days of receipt of purchase with an image of the fault along with your Order Number to hello@laywithmeau.com for further review.

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. ​

Please note that as we are a small business delivery costs will not be refunded.

How do I return an item?

Do you offer free returns?

All shipping must be paid by the customer when returning/exchanging a product. We will only cover shipping costs if there is an error on our end or the product is faulty.
